A: The American Concrete Institute (ACI) is the agency which regulates concrete installation. ACI defines warrantable cracks as those which crack & shift. More common check cracks appear these cracks are small non shifting hairline cracks in cement work. These cracks do not indicate poor workmanship rather they indicate concrete which has dried or cured too quickly.

Q:  If one of my parts installed by Hire Standards fails to work will the warranty cover the part?
A: The part is covered if the work was completed incorrectly or the part has failed permanently

Q: If I choose Hire Standards to build my pool and I choose a certain design tile, will the warranty cover the replacement of the tile if chipped or completely broken?
A: Tile will be covered under warranty for the first 5 years.

Q: Does the warranty cover service fees too?
A: Warranties from Hire Standards cover all expenses.
